Engendering Engineering Success

Call for research subjects: engineering workplace policies and experiences

How can engineering employers reduce workplace burnout and increase engagement? Researchers from the University of British Columbia, the University of Alberta, and the University of Guelph are collaborating in a set of interdisciplinary research studies, Engendering Engineering Success (EES), which aim to identify human resources policies and practices that best predict positive workplace interactions, and the retention and advancement of women engineers.
