The Secrets to Better Contract Management

Click here for your FREE registration!

There are many factors that contribute to the success of a project: meeting client deadlines, staying on budget; but it all begins with your contract management process. Without a streamlined workflow, contract turnaround times can suffer, ultimately leading to missed business opportunities and decreased profitability for your firm. In this highly competitive market, firms can no longer utilize inefficient and unautomated processes.

Join Brian Guidotti, Newforma Solutions Consultant, for this exclusive 60-minute webinar where he'll discuss the secrets to a better contract management process so your team can:

  • Reduce project delays and cost overruns by minimizing the administrative tasks of logging, reviewing, and responding to questions (RFIs) and approval requests via controlled, email integrated and standardized workflows to the entire project team.
  • Minimize the risks of key Construction Administration (CA) information being buried and lost within email by allowing email requests and responses to be logged directly to their associated CA items.
  • Improve profitability by reducing the overhead and administrative work through the CA phase with more effective and automated RFI and submittal workflows.
