ACEC to Publish Conflict of Interest Guidelines

 

Policy seeks to offer consistent interpretations of conflict of interest or unfair advantage.

To help manage and mitigate conflict and unfair advantage situations, ACEC has adopted a national guideline to be published in the new year. The ACEC guideline is based upon a very useful guideline on conflict of interest produced by Consulting Engineers of Ontario (CEO) in 2015 that anticipated theses very scenarios.
