Advancing women and diversity within ACEC-Canada and the industry is a strategic priority for the association. To this end, ACEC-Canada engaged GlassSKY Consulting to conduct a comprehensive nation-wide study on diversity and inclusion within our industry that could offer recommendations in the following areas:
• Diversity & inclusion strategies;
• Addressing flexibility and other measures to make the industry more attractive to women;
• Creating transparent career tracks for recruitment, retention, and advancement opportunities;
• Developing onboarding strategies after parental leave, and;
• Specific steps ACEC-Canada could implement to support member firms and their employees.
